North Caicos island, just 43 square miles and populated by 1500 local residents, is the perfect get-away for total relaxation. This island has four settlements - Bottle Creek, Whitby Beach, Kew, and Sandy Point, and is full of island charm. Whitby Beach consists of miles of white sand beaches and turquoise water ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

Pax Villa is located in Whitby, only 150 yards from the beach. "Pax" is Latin meaning "peace". It is only appropriate that the Villa include this prefix as both the villa and the island offer a peaceful escape. The villa has been newly painted and tiled and contains all the amenities required for a relaxing vacation. It has a porch and chairs for sitting outside and enjoying the quiet surroundings of the island.

Create your own home-cooked island meal right in the villa's kitchen. Pick up fresh fish or lobster when in season from the local fisherman. Enjoy a fresh loaf of homemade bread from the local neighbor right next door and visit the "mom and pop" grocery store within a four minute walk for any additional ingredients. Or, if you would prefer, make dinner reservations at
one of the local restaurants
