This fully renovated two bedroom two bath unit is located on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Hwy in Dana Point. Salt Creek Beach is just a short walk across the street. The Strand Beach is just a short walk down the stairs which leads to surfing, boogie boarding
or a quiet stroll to the Headlands. We are located just 3/4 miles south of the world famous Ritz Carlton resort and just 1 mile north of the Dana Point Harbor.
Vacation Rental Amenities
The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms have all had a complete makeover, with new kitchen cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. The dining area will comfortably seat six guests and the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to prepare any meal.
The master and guest suite have been tastefully decorated and can satisfy any length of stay. The masterbedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv witha DVD player. The guest suite has a queen size
bed and is well appointed. The master and guest bathrooms have been completely redone with new cabinets and granite counter tops. Both
the shower and tub are new with new tile and frameless shower doors. In addition to the bedrooms there's also a queen size fold out couch. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer to take care of your laundry needs. The unit also has a new Gas BBQ grill
available on the private patio.

There are many nearby activities including, golf, Theme Parks (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, San Diego Zoo/Animal park)World class shopping, excellent restaurants, kayaking, sailing, water skiing, hiking, biking, Mountain Biking, snorkeling/diving, jet
skiing, surfing, boogie boarding, fishing excursions out of Dana Point Harbor.
