All Seasons Rates and Check-In: $899 + city tax/Week (seven nights) each additional night add $128 + city tax. One week minimum rental during June, July and August. $445 + city tax/Weekend (two nights) each additional night add $128 + city tax. These rates include linens and limited house cleaning. The home sleeps eight (8) people. Additional rate of $10 + tax per day/per person over eight (8) people, with a maximum of ten (10) people. $200 Reservation/Security deposit required with all rentals. The deposit is increased by $50 for each pet with a maximum of two (2) pets per rental period. Pets may be accepted with owner approval + additional - $15 per day/per pet + tax. This vacation home at Clearlake Oaks Keys has a waterfront patio terrace and private boat dock complete with BBQ, comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing sunbathing, fishing and bird watching. The boat dock will berth two 22 foot boats. Trophy size large mouth black bass are caught in Clearlake every year. Great restaurants, wineries, spas, golf courses and casinos are nearby.
