Rue Paul Fort, a very safe and quiet street, is situated between the Porte d'Orleans and the lovely Parc Montsouris. The area has many restaurants, cafes and shops. The Metro station Porte d'Orleans and many bus stations and the new tramway about 50 metres from the flat make it easy to travel all over Paris.

The two-room flat measures 35 m? (385 square feet) and has parquet floors. It includes a living room, a kitchenette opening onto the living room, a bedroom and a bathroom.
