Our spacious family home is only 7 miles from Disney and all other main attractions are within easy reach .The large private (28X14) WEST FACING pool with a large pool deck area gets the sun from mid morning right through to the evening. Its covered Lanai with padded patio furniture -enough for 10 people is the perfect place for relaxing after those hectic days at the theme parks.
Our self-catering home offers your family a wonderful retreat from the bustle of the parks yet is ideally situated for access to all the attractions.
The location is important and Lake Davenport Estates is found just south of 192 and 27 junction-just half a mile away form a Publix supermarket, 1 mile from a super Wal*Mart and within a short drive to the glittering array of stores, restaurants and entertainments that may be found along highway 192.

The family living room has a vaulted ceiling which enhances the feeling of space. It is tastefully decorated in a pastel colour and furnished with three sofas, coffee and side tables and features Jack Vettriano prints on the wall. It is at the back of the house and over looks the pool area.
In this room you will be able to watch TV or a DVD, choose your favourite music from our library of CDs or watch a video if you prefer. Alternatively relax and choose a book from the selection we have on offer.
