Living room has a sofa and loveseat, TV, DVD player and CD stereo, adjacent to formal dining room that comfortably seats six people, with an additional dining area on the back lanai. The kitchen is well appointed with all the amenities and comforts of home. Whip up some delicious meals for guests in the kitchen or BBQ outside on the grill.
Master Bedroom has a Queen bed with TV and walk-in closet. Spacious master bathroom has double sinks with a shower. Guest bedroom also has a queen bed and own TV and guest bathroom has a tub and shower. Also, home has a full size washer and dryer. Central heat and air with ceiling fans in the master and living area.
Enjoy one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Walk or ride the 7 miles of sugar sand beach. Swim with the Dolphins and manatees or enjoy the public pool and waterpark. Search for shells and sand dollars. Charter boats, jet ski or parasail rentals are just minutes away. Also you can enjoy a day or night on a Casino boat, or just boat or fish right off of your private dock!
