Affinity Villas are nestled in a quiet tranquil cul-de-sac in the town of Maxwell on the South Coast.

The three, newly refurbished villas are individually and tastefully decorated with separate verandah and outside seating. The villas share a swimming pool, spacious garden, barbecue and separate laundry facility. The property also has parking for three cars.

Each villa is fully equipped for a comfortable, modern self-catering lifestyle and includes local telephone access, TV and home cinema system. The main bedrooms are air-conditioned, with ceiling fans elsewhere.

The villas are easily accessible from the airport about 15 minutes by car or can be accessed from the airport via the regular airport shuttle bus or by taxi.

The villas are situated approximately 5 minutes from a beautiful, un-spoilt beach and within walking distance of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and more busy beaches.
