This beautiful beach front 1st floor duplex has it all - especially a breath-taking full view of the ocean from inside the house. No dunes to block the view as the house sits up over the dunes. The pics speak for themselves. Beware, many first floor beachfronts sits on ground level so the ocean view is blocked. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the ocean view deck. Private parking for 4 cars. Nicely furnished with 3 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD, fireplace when rented through the winter and all the comforts of home. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a deck. Sleeps 8 plus 2 on sofa bed. You can also surf fish and ocean kayak right in front of the house any time of the day! Only pets under 15 lbs allowed with an extra $100 per week.
Also, within a few blocks at 53rd and Haven find a spectacular playground with basketball court, huge hockey rink and many rides for the kids.
