Our vacation rental town home is so close to Disney that the kiddies will not have time to say Are We There Yet? Located within the gated community of the Windsor Palms Resort, a family community complex just 3 miles to Disney, close to shops, dining and golf.
The home has 3 master suites, King, Queen and Twin each with its own private bathroom, which is flexible to meet adults, children or groups accommodation needs. The vacation home sleeps 6 people. 2 sets of Bed linen and towels are supplied for each master suite. One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs ideal for little ones and big ones needing to use the bathroom.
The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, refridgerator, ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave. All cooking utensils and crockery supplied. A fast washer, dryer and iron for a quick turnaround for the kiddies clothes.
With a 24 monitored security alarm system, full a/c, ceiling fans, free Wireless internet access, music system, cable t.v. in all rooms, playstation2 game system and games, family friendly DVDs and CDs. With on-drive parking you have in this vacation rental all the home features you enjoy back home.
The porch is screened in and not overlooked by other properties so provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quiet time, babies can sleep soundly and young children can play safely as there is no water feature in the sundeck area. With ceramic floor tiling all spills can be quickly cleaned up and with step free access to the sundeck ideal for little ones or seniors.
The Windsor Palms Resort is a friendly 24 hour manned gated vacation rental community with free amenities e.g. communal pool, spa and fitness centre. Outdoor activities include basketball, volleyball, movie theatre, games arcade, kiddies pool and playground. Our on site sundry shop ensure you waste none of your valuable Disney Orlando vacation time food shopping. With a scheduled shuttle bus service to Disney and Universal theme parks your group can choose to split up and visit different Orlando area attractions meeting back at the resort townhome to share your Disney Universal experiences.
Mystic Dunes golf is opposite the Windsor Palms Resort and guests get preferential rates.
Our townhouse is fully licensed, inspected and regulated by a Florida based property management company who are available to assist our guests.
