The house has three bedrooms (master w/queen, 2nd w/2 twins, 3rd w/1 twin; also a double pull out sofa bed in both the living room and family room). It also has a fully applianced kitchen (w/pots & pans, dishes, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, etc) and a washer & dryer, dining room, 1 bath, living room, and fireplaced family room. It is comfortably furnished and includes 3 tv's, a VCR, a DVD & movies, and telephone service. We try to keep it stocked with a variety of local information, brochures and menus.
This home is beautifully landscaped - complete with a private, fully fenced in backyard w/outside shower, hammock, gas grill, table & chairs and lawn furniture.
Even the pillows, blankets and bedspreads are there - just bring your sheets and towels, pack your clothes and groceries, and move on in - a perfect Cape Cod getaway home!
$950 a week for July & August rental (Sat.-Sat.). Available all year - ask about discounts for off-season weekly or weekend rental rates. |
