Property detailed description

Just outside the vilage Gannay sur Loire you'll find the three holiday rentals [gites] and le Bateaugite [barge] from Aline et Yannick Boucard. Their farm-house is on the same property as well as the pottery and and exposition house.
La ferme de la Fontaine St Jean is build at the well wich supplied the vilage with water for more than 1000 years. People are saying that the well has got curative properties for the eyes. Nowadays the water streams in the two nearby lakes. One of the lakes [6000 m2] can only be used by the renters of the houses and the owners. The lake is 50 m. away from the house; acces to the water is easy as the road and the water front is wel maintained. There is a little boat wich the renters may use for fishing or to make a pleasure-trip.
