For stays of less than 7 nights there is a $75/?45 one off cleaning charge.
A non-refundable booking fee of $150 (?100) per week is due together with the completed and signed booking form.
The balance is due 10 weeks prior to the departure date and any booking made within this period is due in full with the booking form.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 10 weeks prior to departure - loss of reservation deposit.
4-10 weeks prior to departure - 50% of rental charge.
Up to 4 weeks prior to departure - 100% of rental charge.
A refundable security deposit of $350 (?200) must be paid along with the balance payment.
The deposit will be refunded to the client within 28 days of the property being vacated and having been checked by our management company.

Palm Terrace is in a brand new Caribbean style gated resort situated in Terrace Ridge Circle, Davenport, Florida.
We are in an ideal location close to all the major attractions with Disney less than 15 minutes away and our fully inclusive rates start from only $92 per night.
Champions gate where you can find shops and restaurants is approximately 1 mile away and the 192 where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops is less than 10 minutes. For golf lovers there are plenty of golf courses within easy reach and for those wanting a bit of fun there is always the crazy golf.
Our luxurious 1554 sq ft self-catering, ground floor condo has 3 bedrooms and accommodates up to 8 people. We have a strict no smoking and no pets’ policy.
