This beautiful house is located in the historical area of Setubal. Setubal is only 30 minutes driving from Lisbon and its famous for the beautiful beaches and great gastronomy.
The house is very light, confortable, charming and quiet in a safe area both day and night. Recently renovated, fully furnished with quality and confort and very well equipped. There are 2 double bedrooms, both of them with Tv, all the linen and towels provided.
Big window in the living room welcome the Setubal sun. Confortable seating for 6 people with cable tv, radio and cd-player.
The kitchen is functional, light and fully equiped.
There is one clean and renovated bathroom.
Outside there is a nice terrace with table and garden chairs and a barbecue where you can enjoy a nice meal and the Setubal sun.
The house is in a great location for walking to Restaurants, shopping, sight-seeing and 15 minutes to the beaches.
Setubal is famous for the amazing beaches and for the Dolphins that live in the Sado River, there are some boat trips to watch closely this outstanding animals!
