Our casa is a fully furnished, 800 sq ft small house, surrounded by a 7’ wall, with wrought iron railing on the windows for security. There is secured parking inside the wall big enough for your RV.
If the pomegranates or limes (for your margaritas) are ready to be picked off of the trees, you are welcome to them.
Two ? bedrooms/two bath, the first bedroom has one full bed with it’s own full bath, the second has one full bed and one queen bed with it’s own full bath, the ? bedroom has a full bed. We also have several air mattresses for your use. The house will sleep 8 comfortably.
The kitchen has a new standard size refrigerator, new cook top stove, (we do not have an oven), blender, coffee maker, and a new microwave, and a 5 gallon hot/cold water dispenser, which you can buy at the local grocery for about $2.00. The kitchen has all of the cooking utensils needed.
There is a TV and VCR, with several movies, along with two small portable stereos.
Under the house is a full sized chest freezer, in case you go fishing, along with a gas barbecue to cook your catch.
There is a washer to clean your clothes, and we use a solar dryer (clothes line) to dry them, which only takes a short time.
We have a service come in and clean before you get there, and if you rent for a longer period, we can arrange for regular cleaning service if you want.
There is a small grocery store about 2 ? blocks from the house (where you can call a taxi, if you don’t rent a car (which we recommend), and there is a brand new Costco on the way in to town from the airport.
We are about 1 ? miles from the beach and ? mile from downtown.
The price for rental is $100.00 reservation/damage deposit (refundable), $350 per week plus a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
