Holiday in our beautiful single storey home which has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The screened south west facing pool means you have all day sunshine!
It has a maximum occupancy of ten people, making it ideal for the single family, or two families to share.
The master suite comprises a lovely bedroom with a king size bed, a view of the pool, cable TV, dvd, a large walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with access to the pool.
The spacious lounge has (alarmed) patio doors leading to the pool, cable TV, hi-fi, dvd, and video player.
The second bedroom has a beautiful double bed and a walk-in closet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are twin rooms with their own closets.
The large double garage houses the laundry area with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
The private pool can be heated at an additional cost, and there is a covered lanai for
al-fresco dining in the shade. Cook and dine outside using the gas barbeque, for your added comfort we have purchased padded sunloungers and new luxury patio furniture. In the evening sit by the pool and watch the sunset on another beautiful Orlando day!
Our villa is in an excellent location, just minutes from Disney and near to other numerous Orlando attractions.
Enjoy the pleasure of having breakfast by your own private pool before spending a day at Disney World
Orlando or playing a round of golf at the famous Champions Gate green.
Our guests leave their novels behind when they have read them, so we have quite a library. We also have a supply of board games and kids dvds and videos.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full size oven, fridge freezer,with ice maker, coffee maker,eletric kettle,tea pot, toaster, etc.
There are full laundry facilities including washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the master suite has its own walk in wardrobe, 27" TV and DVD player and ensuite facilities, which lead out to the pool area.
There are 2 cable TVs. There is a TV in the livingarea and a video player (with complimentary videos for your use)& HI FI .
