Beachy Keen directly overlooks the tennis courts and the interior pool beyond! On the other side of the unit, the downstairs queen bedroom balcony offers a great gulf view for watching waves or sunsets. Tile floors for easy care, pet/child gates on the main deck, beach equipment and tennis rackets included are just a few of the extras that set this condo apart from many of the rest!
The first level is an open and cheery living room with queen sleeper sofa, dining area with seating for six and three barstools and a fully equipped kitchen, with blender, crock pot, spice rack, and everything we think you’ll need for your Cape culinary adventures. The full bath is conveniently located next to the kitchen and the queen bedroom. The main deck overlooks the tennis courts and features a patio table with cushioned chairs and a gas grill with backup propane tank.
The upper level is a king master suite with his and hers vanities, garden tub and separate shower and a full laundry room. The upstairs balcony also overlooks the tennis courts and pool and offers a beautiful vantage point for Cape sunrises in the morning.
Our townhome comes with linens and towels supplied (everything but beach towels). We provide free high-speed internet, DVD players and movies, cordless phones and answering machine, hospitality amenities like shampoo, soaps and lotions, starter supplies of paper goods, kitchen supplies like tin foil, saran wrap and Ziplocs, as well as laundry supplies! We also offer pet dishes, towels, sheets and even a spare leash for our four-footed guests!
