This is a beautiful Spanish-style four-plex built in 1926, carefully restored over the past five years, while still retaining its original character and charm.

Each unit is exquisitely furnished with period antiques and reproduction pieces, crystal glassware, porcelain china and sterling silverware. All pieces were thoughtfully chosen and collected over many years of travel.

We have high-speed cable internet (cat5 and wireless), 3 TVs in each unit with over 400 channels to choose from. Weekly housekeeping is provided and daily upon request. Tenants have unlimited use of the garden and cabana area with 50" plasma, poker table, treadmill and weight-set. All utitilities except phone are included.

All units have two bedrooms, two baths, an eat-in, fully-equipped kitchen, private laundry room, dining room and living room. 2 bdrm units are 1650 sq feet.

Our goal is to make your stay as pleasant as a luxury hotel, with the privacy, convenience, warmth and comfort of your own home.
