The house is rent on receiving an anticipation of the payment of the 40% by postal order

It is made up of a living room, three bedrooms (8 sleeps, electric fans, mosquito nets), dining kitchen, bathroom with shower, and is surrounded by a large shadowed garden (sqm 400.00), equipped with tables, chairs, sun beds, table football, 2 outside showers (one hot-cold), barbecue. The furniture is complete, the kitchen is equipped in the smallest details, e.g. microwave, toaster, mixer, coffee grinder. There are also two tvcolor, a cd player, a DVD player, hairdryer, iron and iron board, washing machine.
