Elegant shape and materials, all in white and wood, this very nice house boat is waiting for you, quietly moored on the Seine, just below the Effeil Tower : exquisite memories guaranteed...
The terrace on the deck has comfortable wooden chairs that allow you to enjoy the sunsets on the river.
Inside, down with the stairs, you enter a wide and luminous living room divided in two spaces : double leather sofa and chairs, HiFi stereo, DSL connection on a side, and a dining table and 4 chairs as well as a bar on the other side.
Further up, you will discover the main bedroom, wich has a large bed for 2 people, a wardrobe and 2 charming portholes.
There is at the opposite, another room with a desk space and a sofa convertible in a bed for 2 people.
Each one has a nice bathroom : one with bathtub and the other one with shower, sinks for both, one toilet.
In the kitchen, you will find a bar with 3 stools, and the following equipment : freezer, fridge, burners, oven, micro wave, washing/drying machine, dish washer, coffee-maker, toaster, boiler and everything you need to cook and receive guests at home.
Location: The Port de Suffren offers a very nice walk by the Eiffel Tower, from where you can go the Champ de Mars, and many other points of interest.
Closest Metro: 5 minutes from the subway stop Bir Hakeim on the line 6, that will take you to the center of Paris in ten minutes.
