This is a vacation home for rent by owner with 3br/3ba home that has 2600 sq ft of living area with vaulted ceilings and sleeps 10 guest. This home is nestled in the pines in a secluded area of North lake Tahoe Vista CA, (Kings Run area.)
Centerally located just off HWY 267 you are only 10 minutes to North Star Ski, and the casinos, where a flip of a card, a spin of the weel or a throw of a dice can be the most memorable part of your vacation.
You are also only 4 minutes to the beach, golfing, shopping and your favorite restaurants.
In the warmer months the deck with a BBQ and picnic table is perfect for out door dining and entertaining your family and guest. In the winter months the drivway and deck are cleared by local contractors.
