The rate depends on the season. The total daily rates are € 185 during the low season, € 250 during the medium season and € 320 during the high season. Low season is from November 1st to April 15th (except Christmas/New Year and Carnival), medium season is from April 16th to June 15th, October and December 28th to 30th and Carnival week (from Thursday to Wednesday) and high season is June 16th to September 30th, December 24th to 27th, December 31st and January 1st.
For long stays (one month or longer) special prices, to be negotiated, are applied.
There is a reservation payment of 30% of the total price to be done at the moment of doing the reservation. This reservation payment isn’t refundable in case of no presentation and in case of cancel will be only refunded (deducted the bank costs) if the house is actually rented to other client during the same dates.
There is a 150 euros damage deposit to be returned when you leave the house (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the house, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary).
The time for check-in is at your convenience from 14:00 hours but if the actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8:00 hours there is a 30 euros supplement to the landlord. Checkout time is 10:00 hours.
The renting is done under the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos in force in Spain. |

This 3 bedrooms townhouse located right on the centre of Sitges and recently refurbished is the best option for groups (up to 6 persons) wishing to stay in the very centre of the city with privacy and a luxury
standard of accommodation.
The house is only 200 meters far from Placa del Cap de la Vila (Sitges main square), 300 meters far from San Sebastian beach and from the Church neighbourhood, the most beautiful area in Sitges.
Just in front of the house there is the Retiro Complex that includes public parking (24 hours a day) gardens, Cafe and one of the Cinemas where every year it is done the Sitges Festival of Terror Movies.
The house has four levels and it features central heating, air conditioning and a large terrace.
At the street level there is a garage (available as an extra) and a dressing area with a bathroom just some steps up the street door. The first floor is a large leaving room / open kitchen with a balcony. The second floor has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The third floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace.
Every bedroom has a double bed (two bedrooms have a 180 x 190 cm bed with the possibility of been converted in two 90 x 190 beds if asked in advance and the third one a 135 x 180 cm bed) wardrobe, heating, and air conditioning. All the bathrooms are new with power showers and halogen lights. One of the bathrooms in the second floor has also a Jacuzzi.
The house is fully equipped. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven and other amenities as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a small room with the washer machine and the dryer. The living room has Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and CD.
Bath linen and bed linen are provided.
You can arrive to Sitges either by car or by train. If you arrive by car you have the Retiro public parking just in front of the house and if you arrive by train (there is a train station at Barcelona Airport and with one change at Prat de Llobregat Station or at Barcelona Sants Station you will go to Sitges) you need to walk less than 10 minute to the house. |
