Completely renovated, this charming cottage condo surrounded by colorful flower gardens comfortably accommodates 2-4 people; full-size (double) bed in the bedroom plus queen-size futon in the living room. Cable TV, DVD/VCR/stereo tuner, WIFI, private bath with tub and shower. Full contemporary kitchen with 4-burner gas range, full fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, kitchen supplies, and dining bar for 4. Spacious, carpeted sundeck with picnic table, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs and bench-rail seating; mini-propane barbecue grill; front and side yards.

Guests provide their own bed linens and towels; non-smoking cottage; no pets. Housekeeping service is at the end of your stay.

There is a 10 ft tide for swimming in the warm Bay waters. When the tide is out it is fun to take a stroll on the seemingly endless expanse of beach (1/4 mile into the Bay), collect seashells, or lie on the sand and watch the tide roll back in. Ocean breezes make it great for kite-flying. At night listen to the occasional fog horns off in the distance.

Ample free parking is convenient to unit. Regular summer shuttle bus stop on Route 6A at the resort entrance can take you to downtown Provincetown and the MacMillan Wharf area, or the ocean beaches at Herring Cove and Race Point for a small fare; pick-up is every half hour all day and evening until 12:30 AM; all shuttles have bike racks.

Pet Policy: NO PETS - Unfortunately due to condo regulations, pets are not allowed. A fine would be imposed and you would be asked to leave the premises immediately with the pet. In this case, no refund is given for your rental.
