Welcome to Chip and Dale’s Florida villa! Our home offers you everything you could wish for..…. this stunning, spacious four bedroom/three bathroom villa is located in a quiet residential development off Highway 27, within a few minutes' drive of both the 192 and the I-4 main routes. We are a 15 minute drive from Disney and supermarkets, restaurants and several world class golf courses are also nearby. Beautiful beaches are accessible on both the Gulf and the atlantic coasts. Orlando international airport is 30 minutes away, whilst Sanford and Tampa are just over an hour’s drive. The development itself is peacefully surrounded by orange groves and a conservation area.
Westridge is a friendly community offering the use of a fully equipped recreation area with a swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, a volley ball court, a basket ball court and a children’s play area.
The home itself is fully furnished, air conditioned and carpeted throughout and sleeps up to 8 (and an infant) in comfort. A cot, highchair and stroller are included for our younger guests.
