5-sleeps villa few minutes from the sea for only 680.00 Euro per week - all inclusive.

Villa Rosemarie is lying in the heart of a lash green hill of prime villa area just in the outskirts of Balchik town. The truly delightful one-family villa enjoys calming and scenic views towards Balchik hills. The villa's charming design is very much in the modern Bulgarian style with fresh colours and nice decor and furniture, complemented by plenty of modern amenities. Villa Rosemarie is a peaseful, rather romantic holiday home, ideal for a private family vacation only about 1 km from the sea.
This villa is set up at 3 floors:
- The ground floor comprises of a summer kitchen, one double bed is also located, where some guests could come to see you for a night or two and would be able to stay overnight. There is shower-room as well. On the same floor is the washing machine located - with good access to the garden.
- On the first floor is the main kitchen located - fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, extractor, oven, toster and electrical kettle. There is a dining area for 6. On the same floor is the living room with cable TV with DVD and a lounge area situated, where you will enjoy the late evenings on the sofas. On the ground floor there is an extra WC. Outdoor on the terrace are the plastic chairs and the sunbeds placed - for the mild evenings to enjoy a glass of white wine.
- On the second floor you will find the bedrooms - one double for the parents and one triple, perfect for the children to be together.
