Furnished, 2 bedroom apartment situated on the beachfront in Bloubergstrand, only 20 minutes drive to Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront. Stunning views of Table Mountain and the sea over Table Bay.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, etc. There is a television with M.Net and radio/cd player as well as a pre-paid phone.

The premises are enclosed by palisade fencing and entry is via electronic gate. There is a laundry, swimming pool and lock-up garage.

The area has many restaurants, pubs, clubs, and 2 shopping malls. The Grand West Casino is about 15 minutes drive from the apartment. The Atlantic Beach Golf Course and the Milnerton Golf Course are only 5 minutes drive away.

Bloubergstrand is very popular with kitesurfers. The long sandy beach is ideal for those who like to walk. Seals are often spotted surfing the waves and certain times of the year, the whales also visit our shores.

This is the ideal home from home and a perfect base from which to explore all that Cape Town has to offer.
