This rental Vacation Rental unit offered by the owner, and is located near a town called Jensen Beach Fla, it is between the Atlantic Ocean, and the Indian River. To get to it, you can drive south from Ft. Pierce on A1A, or through the town of Jensen Beach, drive over the Bridge that goes over the Indian River to Hutchinson Island. From there it's a short drive north to Holiday Out at St. Lucie. To enter Holiday Out, the renter must have the security which will be provided by the owner at the time the agreement is signed, and at the beginning of your stay. The clicker which will open the 24 hour security gate to allow your entry. The unit is just a short drive from the gate. You will have your own private parking space in front of the unit for one car, and the unit will occupy 2 people. This unit is a very clean 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a large living room, and dining room. There is an old saying, "Never judge a book by it's cover". The unit is fully furnished with Ethan Allen (see photo's) furniture, dishes, towels, washer, dryer, micro wave, 2 electric coffee pots, (one for decaf), TV set,w/ VCR, and all of the essentials you would expect to find.
My wife and I are very proud of this unit, you will be renting directly from us. We keep it clean and we know you expect it to be that way when you arrive, that is why we also ask that you do not smoke, and that you will not bring any pets with you, (NO EXCEPTIONS).... pets are not allowed in this unit. The reason of course is we want it to stay, and smell clean for everyone who uses it, I'm sure you will understand.
Amenities:
The Clubhouse is on the Ocean side of Ocean Drive which is protected by a security gate, you must have the clicker to enter, on the property is the Parking areas, Heated Pool, the Shuffle board & Boce courts. Inside the clubhouse there is Billard & Ping Pong tables, a small library, a TV Lounge, down the steps is the private beach. If you keep an eye on the activity board you will find when the next dance, potluck dinner, craft display, or flea market will take place. Holiday Out resort will keep you busy all winter if you want to.
Attractions:
However if you just want to stay home and rest, there is always the
cable TV and card games, but who wants to stay home with all there
is to do. If you want to go shopping, there is the Super Walmart,
the Treasure Coast mall with so many stores you will go crazy, and
there are to many for me to list here. In that mall of course they
have a full movie screen in several different movie theaters.
The rates are 1,550.00 per month which includes electric, water, sewer, and basic cable TV for Jan. Feb. or March 2008, if you want to rent all three months, plus a $350.00 security deposit, I can offer a special three month rate if the renter pays for all three months in advance. The security deposit will be refunded by mail after your term of stay is over, and everything is clean and left the way you found it. I'm sure you will understand....my concern is for the next person after your stay. Other renters who want to stay one month will pay for one month also in advance. At any rate, my goal is also for you to enjoy your stay, with the warm weather we have here in Florida. For others who want to stay a week or more, during this winter season the rate is $550.00 per week, Summer season is a little more due to the air conditioning, and that would be $650.00, plus a $350.00 security deposit for the entry clicker, keys to the Rec area/bath house and and anything missing or damaged. However you won't find anything less than this even with the added costs. Hotels in the area are charging $269.00 per night, and they also ask for a security deposit, this choice is one you won't regret. I have had many satisfied people who have stayed and enjoyed it very much.
