Detailed Property Description
This apartment is on the ground floor and is tastefully furnished with antiques (up to 4 persons).
Spacious rooms and an upper floor: the first room is a large, bright and fully equipped kitchen with a big stone fireplace and a table with marble top that seats 10; the second room is a living area with very large upper floor ,screened from view but no door separating , with the double bed and other furniture : a really cosy corner to have a rest .
Two comfortable single sofa-beds in the same living area complete the sleeping possibilities ; wide bath with shower and window.
The main entrance leads into the house from the very large terrace which overlooks the sea: you can enjoy your open air meals or get tan in a separate green sitting area close to the house laying on the comfortable wooden sunbeds
All around, 2 enclosed hectars of olive groves and citrus orchard.
Parking area nearby the house .
In the property there is also a lovely small self catered apartment sleeping 2 :luxorious , cozy ,terraced ,perfect for honeymooners.

This house is situated in an enchanting and peaceful setting in the heart of Gargano National Park, easily reachable from the main road, and not so far from other tourist destinations such as Vieste, Peschci, Amalfi Coast(2 hours).
The nearest beaches are only 1 km from here; the nearest towns ( Manfredonia and Mattinata) only five minutes drive .
Gargano is a different proposition to the rest of Puglia; a rugged spur jutting out from the coast covered in forests is now a 15,000 hectare nature reserve, the Parco Nazionale di Gargano. Also in the park you can visit the Foresta Umbra or "Forest of Shadows", a beautiful blanket of Aleppo pine, oak and beech. The Gargano is also home to some of Puglia's best beaches. Its capital, Vieste, is a pretty medieval town that gets incredibly busy in the summer.
