The Apartment
The fully equipped modern open plan fitted kitchen with angled breakfast bar onto the dining area and lounge, boasts state of the art appliances, and is well stocked with every item needed to be fully self sufficient.

The Lounge and Dining Room are bright and airy, very elegantly furnished in an understated classical style which is in keeping with the sophisticated surroundings. Floor to ceiling windows with views through to the beach beyond and Dubai coastline, also has state of the art Plasma TV, Satellite & DVD Player and is great for entertaining or relaxing. It opens onto a generous terrace with seating to sit and admire the sunset over the Dubai coast

The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms 2+ bathrooms. Each room boasts oversized comfortable beds and co-ordinating bed linen which reflects the designers, subtle water colour theme for the rooms’ decor.

An overly large graceful master double bedroom has a separate seating area, a generous en-suite bathroom with contemporary fittings and separate walk in shower. The twin & double bedrooms are both a good size with fitted wardrobes and similar views.
