Exclusive and spacious semi-detached triplex end holiday villa, placed in Palm Villas, a beach front complex of 40 villas surrounded by green countryside with panorama views of the Mediterranean, pool and the mountains.
Staying in our vacation rental you can use 2 large pools, one right outside front door.
It’s situated in Konakli, Alanya, Turkey.
Vacation home is finished in 2005, is 180 m2, fully furnished and has all you could wish for of modern appliances and homely atmosphere.
Villa 3 bedrooms, 2 big living rooms, 2 large balconies with fireplace/BBQ, 2 small balconies, 2 large pools.
Vacation rental sleeps 5 in bedrooms, but has and additional 2 sofas that open into doubble bed, so a maximum of 9 can sleep.
The perfect place to relax and enjoy life, without having to worry about the children running into traffic or disappearing.
Just 80 meters to the beach, shopping at local town Konakli or Avsalar just 5 min. down the road by Dolmus (bus). Alanya and all it’s shopping, markets and historic monuments is just 15 min. by bus
