A single bed in the kids room in the roof with lockable access to the viewing balcony.

The Penthouse Condos large living room comes with a fully stock-able bar, a western standard kitchen and a separate converted loft or kids den in the roof equipped with Television, Ps2/DvD and a host of games and movies. A single bed and sofas inside the loft can provide an extra sleeping area for children or their nannies.

The main lounge is fitted with a professional home cinema system.
