It is newly furnished with all new appliances, furniture, linens, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, pots & pans, TV/VCR, games, sand toys, movies, books, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc.--absolutely everything to have a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, golf and marina. Located on the south end (quiet end) of Fort Myers Beach. This condo sits behind a sandbar, which is home to many different species of birds. Sit on your own private balcony and enjoy the view of the dolphins while enjoying your morning cup of coffee. It is located on the 4th floor of the Estero Beach & Tennis Club, which has 4 tennis courts for your enjoyment as well as a BBQ/picnic area. The swimming pool is heated. Parasailing, dolphin tours and jet ski rentals are available on the beach along with cabanas for rent. Take the trolley for just 25 cents and visit the north end of the island for more shopping or cath the gambling boat if you are feeling lucky. Spend a day deep sea fishing or backwater fishing or just rent a pontoon and spend the afternoon relaxing. There are bicycle, moped and motorcycle rentals available in the middle of the island. You can also travel south to the Everglades, take an airboat ride and see the alligators, visit the famous Naples zoo, take a day trip to the Keys via boat.... the list of things to do goes on and on and on. This is a great place for a getaway for 2 or a fun-filled week for a family of all ages. All that is missing is you and your swimsuit!!! |
