Come and be astounded by the Devil's Gate High Bridge, the beautiful Rocky Mountain views and the engineering marvel that is the Georgetown Loop!
Pamper yourself with a therapeutic and relaxing treatment at Indian Hot Springs. Enjoy hot mineral springs pool and geothermal cave baths once shared by the Ute and Arapahoe Indians. Enjoy a massage or just relax in our hot springs mineral waters, which have been rated as one of the top ten mineral hot springs in the world. It is truly a unique and unforgettable spa experience.
The Mount Evans Scenic Byway is America's highest paved automobile road and offers many outdoor activities from sight seeing and bicycling to hiking and fishing. Mount Evans is the road into the sky. Drive from 8700 feet at Idaho Spring where you turn of Interstate 70 to 14,240 feet to the summit and you will pass through three life zones, passing ancient trees, lakes and forest to the land above timberline. It can be 90 degrees in Denver and 40 degrees at the top of Mount Evans. Mountain Goats and Bighorn Sheep will great you as you climb to the top of the world.
Take a tour of our local microbrewery (Tommy Knocker Mountain Brewery and Pub) to learn how small batches of specialty beers are crafted. Ask your server to explain the legend of the tommyknocker and how these spirits were active in Clear Creek's gold mining history.
