The apartment is ideally situated in rue Massena in Nice's Carre d’Or district, in a pedestrian area and within easy reach of all the city's attractions : shops, brasseries, restaurants, the Promenade des Anglais, the Port, Nice's historic district le Vieux Nice, Place Saleya with its flower and antique markets, the opera house …not forgetting the famous Place Massena. You will have no need of a car as the coach station is a ten-minute walk away and you can visit the surrounding countryside for €1 such as Grasse, Saint Paul de Vence, Eze village …and also Monaco, Menton, Beaulieu,Cannes, Antibes etc...
Description:
The three-room apartment, measuring 75 m?, is on the second and top floors of a former post-house. It has been entirely renovated and comfortably furnished, and has a private entrance. Maximum capacity is five people. On the first floor of the apartment are a bedroom with a double bed, the dining room with a lounge area in front of the fireplace and a large open kitchen and a charming bathroom with WC. A folding bed for one person could be installed in the dining room. The second floor comprises a large living room with an angle sofa convertible into a bed for two people, and an office corner. At the back is a utility area with a washing machine, plus another WC with a washbasin.
The kitchen is comfortably and tastefully decorated and furnished, and includes everything you need: refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave oven, a complete set of tableware, etc…
The apartment is available for seasonal rentals of a minimum of four days and a maximum of one month.
Rate starting from 120 Euros per day for 2.
