If you have never stayed in a vacation rental home before - you will be surprised just now much freedom you will have – instead of sharing one cramped hotel room approx. 15 ft. sq. room with the children – you can experience the freedom of just over 2100 sq. ft. of unashamed luxury.
Located near Disneyland and other Orlando tourist attractions, equipped with everything with everything you need for a luxury vacation/holiday.
Situated just a couple of turning from the extended Osceola Parkway which for people who (like me) have no sense of direction is great as it leads straight to Disney’s front door, the 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and 192 roads are all close by – giving a springboard to explore the area.
The Loop and Loop East – Florida’s newest shopper/dining experience is just 6 mins. Away – here you will find shops, such as JC Penny, Kohls, Books a Million, Best Buy, Belk, and with many varied restaurants which will cater for almost every taste, a 16-screen cinema complex.
The pool and Patio area – are very private – NOT being overlooked by neighbours on either side – something that is becoming increasingly RARE these days in Florida.
The Villa is an ideal “family home”, in fact, what could be better than after a hard day at the parks to come back to your own air-conditioned retreat, put your feet up for an hour, enjoy a cup of coffee/tea or perhaps a quick dip in the refreshing pool, before returning for an evenings enjoyment at one of Orlando the major attractions, perhaps dine out at one of the many restaurants in the area, the choice is endless!
The pool (which can be heated) is due south facing and screened for your comfort, the screen keeps the insects out, but allows the sun through. From the moment you wake until the end of the day the sun shines on this idyllic spot, benefiting from overlooking a conservation area.
Lanai/patio area – is furnished with deep cushioned reclining sun loungers, plus patio furniture for “al fresco” dining.

2 separate family/lounge rooms with a separate dining room
The first of the family/lounge rooms have 2 large luxurous leather sofas – in which you can sit, relax, watch TV or DVD…. with over 300 channels - Fox sports (UK football) plus loads music channels
The 2nd family/lounge also has 2 large comfy sofas, but with a CD music system, a large section of music (some you may even like!) with a book selection for those quieter moment.
A separate formal dining – if you are celebrating a special occasion – why not order in!
Kitchen
If you are not dining out – then the fully equipped kitchen as everything you need to whip up that culinary delight… even down to an apron and rolling pin! With lots of pots and pans there is more than enough crockery, cutlery and glassware (plastic is provided for use around the pool). A ceramic/glass top cooker, electric oven, over the range microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer, electric kettle, crock-pot (available for you – that’s – if you really have to cook!) otherwise there are plenty of fast food places, or take-away to alleviate that chore. There is a large table and chairs for breakfast.
The Master bed (en-suite)
Has a 7’ wide bed, furnished with plenty of drawer space, dressing table and a large closet (for all those extra clothes you cannot resist buying!) as you would expect a TV and clock-radio are in the room, large patio doors lead directly onto the pool deck.
The en-suite bathroom has a double sized walk-in shower, his and hers wash-basins, W.C and a large linen closet.
The second double bedroom
Is large, has a queen-size bed (5’), TV, clock radio, with plenty of drawer space, dressing table and walk-in closet.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms
Are both of a generous size – both have 2 twin beds, large built-in closets with folding doors and plenty of drawer space.
All bedrooms have their own individuality – and one has been especially themed with our younger guest in mind.
The 2nd bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
A large closet nearby stores all towels and extra linen.
A 3rd bathroom serves the patio and pool area.
We deliberately omitted having any sleep sofas or rollaway beds, we want you to enjoy the villa as it was designed, we also limit the number of weeks per year the villa is rented out – allowing us time to refurbish and keep the villa in pristine condition.

Yes hair driers are provided – 4 at the last count!
Free broadband internet access – bring your laptop, keep in touch with family and friends – send them photos of you enjoying yourself in your vacation home!
Internal laundry room, large capacity washer and dryer, iron and board.
All bed linens, towels, face flannels are provided plus separate pool towels.
3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own TV.
Full size cot/crib, high chair, bed guards plus other baby items are available all at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
The house is fully air conditioned throughout: all main areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans with overhead lighting.
24 hour monitored security system, smoke detectors and emergency lighting…. So while you are out giving peace of mind that your belongings are protected.
The telephone is free for local/long distance USA/Canada and incoming calls .
There are plenty of toys, games, board games, puzzles, books and cuddly toys for both adults and children.
Games room – in part of the garage is foosball, air hockey and electronic darts – to keep everyone occupied – there is still room to park 1 vehicle.
There is no daily maid service, a mid-stay clean can be arranged – this must be paid at the time locally, you are responsible for keeping the Villa clean and left tidy when your vacation/holiday is at an end.
A local family run Management Company are close at hand should any problems arise during your stay.
For golfing enthusiasts – there are many courses with 15/30 minutes.
An hour’s drive will take you to the Beach – such as Daytona or Cocoa or Deep Sea fishing from Port Canaveral.
The villa has been inspected and is licensed annually by the State of Florida.
