The unit includes a large kitchen, 2 fireplaces, central air and heat, a jetted tub, two patios, washer and dryer, and huge rooftop deck. The unit has wood floors and vaulted ceilings with skylights. The building is handicapped-accessible with elevator access. The unit is one hundred feet from the sand of Sunset Beach, a popular beach for relaxing and surfing. The kitchen includes a large Subzero refrigerator/freezer, gas oven and range, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and provided dishes, glasses, and silverware. The larger master bedroom has a queen-size bed, fireplace, huge walk-in closet, oceanfront view, and a huge bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, Jacuzzi tub, toilet, and bidet. The second master bedroom has a queen-size bed, an attached patio, two closets, and a full bathroom with vaulted ceilings. The third bedroom includes one full-size bed, vaulted ceilings, and a closet with a wet bar/changing area. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a bunk bed. The living room has large couches and a futon that can be converted between a couch and a bed. This unit sleeps up to 14 people and is perfect for large family gatherings. Location & Attractions Located on Pacific Coast Highway, this rental is close to many attractions. Sunset Beach lies between Huntington Beach and Long Beach. Nearby activities include swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, windsurfing, bike riding, fishing, boating, and shopping. Nearby attractions include downtown Huntington Beach, Seal Beach, Knotts Berry Farm, Disneyland, the Pike in Long Beach, the Long Beach Aquarium, Santa Catalina Island, multiple malls and shopping centers, and numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques, and convenience stores (all within 30 miles). Local Features Sunset Beach has excellent steak and seafood restaurants, such as Captain Jacks and Harpoon Harrys, and plenty of cafes in the area surrounding the property (including the always open Shore House Cafe within walking distance.) There are many stores and boutiques on Pacific Coast Highway and in the Peters Landing complex. Sunset Beach also has numerous bars and pubs that may be reached by foot or by a quick drive from the property. Nearby Huntington Beach and Seal Beach also have many stores, restaurants, and each have an active nightlife (2-4 miles).
