This beautiful brand new home caters to visitors with discriminating taste, who want to enjoy all the amenities of home, while experiencing the breathtaking views of the lake and close proximity to local attractions, including the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Farmers Museum, the Fenimore Cooper Museum, DreamsPark, and the Glimmerglass Opera.

The beach is perfect for young and old, there is great fishing off the boat dock, and nothing beats a family barbecue, sunbathing, or star gazing atop the boathouse. There are three golf courses only minutes away or stay at home and sit on one of the rockers on the 51' porch and just enjoy the view.

Brazilian Teak floors run throughout the main and second floor. The chef's kitchen has all premium appliances and utensils. The upstairs master bedroom suite has lakeview a king size bed and a private bathroom. The other two upstairs queen bedrooms also have beautiful lake views. The fourth upstairs room has 2 twin beds (convertible to king bed). There is a second full bath and washer/dryer upstairs. There is one bedroom with 2 twin beds (convertible to king bed) and adjoining bath on the main floor. This level also includes the living room, with fireplace, dining room and kitchen. The covered wraparound porch is accessible from this level. The lower level has one bathroom and open recreation space, another queen size bedroom and has sliding doors with access to the boathouse and beach. There is off street parking for six cars.
