Relax and enjoy staying at this comfy beach home located on Isle of Palms, in historical Charleston, S.C. Located less than 1 block from the beach- yet only minutes from the front beach shops, restaurants, and bars. Nicely decorated, clean and clutter free. The decor is a mix of rustic furniture and beautiful floral prints. Home has a large open floor plan for dining, cooking and relaxing on 1st level. With an attached screened in porch, table & grill. On the 2nd story you will find the king size master bedroom and bath with private balcony to enjoy ocean breezes. There are 2 other bedrooms with one queen and one full size bed which share a hall bathroom. Plus a crib is located here. On the 3rd floor is a Loft which allows for another queen bed and 2 twin beds. Nice views of the intercoastal waterway & marsh from here. Most of the bedrooms have their own tv’s as well. Bathrooms are equipped with fresh towels, soap &hair dryers. In addition, there is an extra full size freezer located under the house in the garage. Great for family reunions or storing extra ice.
Typically rents from Sat-Sat during Peak season of June-Sept., but short stays available during other times of the year.

Cancellation policy: Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date than you are responsible for paying for that week. If we are able to rebook the unit for that week then we will refund your money. If guest cancels for any reason after full funds have been received by the owner , the full amount tendered may not be returned unless, owner is able to re-rent the unit. Repairs, replacements and upkeep will be made in a timely matter by the management company or owner ASAP after notification by guests, but there will be no dilution of the rental rate that will be affected.
Local Hospitality Tax: Add 11.5%
Cleaning Fee: Possible cleaning fee if less than 1 week rental.
