This beautiful unit is right on the ocean, in fact, it is in the most
desirable part of South beach, steps from Lincoln road, Ocean Drive, the convention center, museums, dining, clubs, and great shopping.
My wife and I take meticulous care of our Elegant Studio we call "Susy's Beach Getaway".
It is located at the Shelborne resort at 1801 Collins avenue. The
resort has a beautiful pool, two restaurants, several bars, a gym, and two jacuzzis. The studio has two full size beds and sleeps up to 4.
The Studio has a kitchenette with Microwave, blender, coffemaker (fully stocked with plenty of coffee and cream, toaster, icemaker (one of the few with this available), refrigerator/freezer, plenty of plates,
glasses and silverware. If you have any special requests, let us know. We take pride in doing everything we can to make our guests happy in the hopes they will return and recommend others. Everyone
has loved our studio. We have received many thank you emails and great reviews on the 'net.
There is a wide screen LCD-TV with cable and built in DVD layer.There is telephone withunlimited LOCAL ONLY dialing (sorry, if you need longdistance please use calling cards or a cell).
There is free wireless internet in the lobby so long as you have your own laptop. We provide plenty of clean towels and heavily stock the studio just about all the necessities you will need. We provide beach
chairs, beach blankets, beach towels, and an umbrella.
If you prefer you can rent the same on the beach for a total of about $30/day.
As you are renting from a private owner, you are saving at least 40-50% of the cost of renting a conventional hotel room. As our guest, you are entitled to ALL the common amenities offered by the hotel such as the pool (with towels), gym, spa and concierge.
Since you are NOT renting from the hotel it is not possible to order room service, or charge anything "to your room". There is NO daily maid service. You may eat at the restaurants as long as you pay after dining as you would at any restaurant. There is high-rate Valet parking at the hotel, but it is only available to guests that are paying guest of the HOTEL and NOT the private owners. |
