Property detailed description

"The Stella Del Mare" is a very spacious three-story beach mansion providing its eighteen guests almost 6,000 square feet of luxurious living space. It provides commanding views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay.

All rooms are of large proportions and each is very tastefully decorated with fine furnishings. The large two-story greatroom boasts buttery soft leather sofas and a big-screen television. Adjacent is the large dininghall with its custom-made 15 foot marble table that will accommodate all 18 guests. Nearby, is one of two gaming areas...here, there is a regulation air hockey table with an electronic scoring tower with vivid sound effects. Then, there's the large kitchen with a high vaulted ceiling, eat-on bar and work-island. Our huge Master Grand Suite occupies the north half of the third floor with a private sundeck overlooking the Atlantic. The Grand Master Bath has a jetted tub-for-two and a large make-up counter.

The large garage/gameroom offers foosball, billiards and ping-pong plus several overstuffed sofas and an extra refrigerator.

Outside, there is over 2500 square feet of decking, an all new swimming pool complex, and a newly completed bar and grilling patio with a full bath house. there's both a sun deck and a shaded deck. The backyard is fully fenced and very private...and only a five minute walk to the beach.
