The house has an exceptionally lovely setting adjoining a nature preserve on a private unmanned beach on the Delaware Bay. While this is a truly spectacular and undiscovered part of the Jersey Shore offering total privacy and tranquility, it is still within minutes of downtown Cape May and Wildwood. Stone Harbor and Avalon are also nearby as are Ocean City and Atlantic City. Out-of-towners can make quick trips to Philly (about 1.5 hrs), New York City (about 2.5 hrs), Assateague & Chincoteague Islands, VA--known for wildlife safaris & Wild Pony Cruises (about 2.5 hrs) and DC (about 3.5 hrs).
