This 2 bedroom house with bathroom available for weekly or monthly rentals only.
The house is furnished for a comfortable week or month stay. It has laundry facilities, dishes, utentsils, and small supply of cooking items (pots/bakeware). The main bedroom has queen bed and dresser, the other bedroom has a double futon bed and dresser. The living room hosts a nice knotty pine futon that turns to a double bed and a TV with DVD player. The house has been supplied with towels, bedding and is ready for you to use. You only need to bring a couple pillows, some groceries and a bag of clothes to enjoy.
If you are hunting or fishing in the area, this will not disappoint. You will be comfortable being able to do your own laundry make your own dinner and lazy around in a private bedroom. You'll feel at home so much you won't want to leave.
Weekly rentals are $200.00 with $200.00 damage deposit.
Monthly rental is $700.00 with $350.00 damage deposit.
