As the name suggests Marigot Round is a completely circular house located within the secluded Marigot Bay, St Lucia. The house is built on the side of the hill overlooking the bay with views out to sea. The house has gardens extending to 19,500 sq ft. The garden is maintained by a local gardener who has a natural ability for enhancing the growth of plants indigenous to the island. The rear garden is mainly laden with fruit trees namely grapefruit, lemon, limes, plantain and banana to name a few. The main entrance is the central hallway which extends upwards to feature a circular wooden ceiling some 20 ft upwards.
All three bedrooms, the guest bathroom and the utility room are on the first floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The upstairs is divided in a kitchen, dining, sitting and TV area. All rooms and areas have access to the surrounding balconies of the house.
The kitchen area is completely fitted with unique open weave wooden cupboards. The cupboards are extensive and contains everything you could possibly need in a kitchen.
Also in the kitchen is a breakfast table which seats 6 with fan and light hanging overhead. The view from the kitchen overlooks the valley behind the house and up to the hill behind.
