Property detailed description
Former Model Home is only 6 years old and Never has been lived in full time Unique floor plan situating Master bedroom (king) on 1 side of the house and BR 2 (queen) and BR 3 (Twin beds) on opposite side of house. Each BR has its OWN bathroom. MRB, BR 2 and Great Room and kitchen all have patio doors that lead to the heated Pool/screened Lanai and Long view of canal. Kitchen is complete. When you're ready to go to the beach, grab the provided beach chairs and umbrella and head to the beach, about 2 miles away. After a full day enjoying Golf, Tennis, boating and shopping, or strolling to the park come back home and grab your fishing poll and head out to the backyard and catch some fish off the dock- or sit and enjoy a book on the lanai enjoying listening to an occasional fish jump out of the water
