SNOWBIRDS - SPEND THE WINTER AT BEAUTIFUL LAKE HAVASU!
LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION!!! Spend your winter on the California side of Lake Havasu (Havasu Landing Resort) and wake up every morning to UNOBSTRUCTED LAKE VIEWS. This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath mobile home has a large wrap around porch where you can sip your coffee in the morning (or your margaritas in the evening) and literally watch the fish jump out of the lake. This home sleeps 8 comfortably. It's not new or pristine (it's a beach house!!)but it is clean and comfortable. The beauty, of course, is the lake.

We do, however, have all the comforts of home: DirecTV, high speed internet, washer and dryer. Even comes with a boat slip!! The master bedroom has a king size bed. A second toilet and sink are inside master bedroom (photo). 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and bunkbeds (photo). Televisions in living room, master bedroom, and second bedrooms.

The marina is only a short walk down the block. Do you like to gamble? No need to drive to Las Vegas or Laughlin. We have a casino right here next to the marina with Vegas-style gaming!! This area of Lake Havasu also has unlimited off-road trails right outside the park! You can spend hours driving your quad or sandrail in the beautiful winter desert.

The California side of Lake Havasu is the "quiet side" of the lake. If you want to go to Lake Havasu City, AZ, there is a ferry that leaves here every hour (20 minute boat ride) to transport you to the world-famous London Bridge, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Snowbirds, this is a very unique destination to spend your winter! Please look at the photos. I can furnish more photos to you on request. Rent my six-passenger electric golf cart for your winter transportation for an additional $100 per month. You can drive everywhere in the community without ever getting behind the wheel of your car!

$1200/mo with a non-refundable $100 cleaning deposit. Sorry, no weekend rentals.
