This beautiful four bedroom two bath house with an attached two car garage is located in the Briargrove Community and just ten (10) miles from the entrance to Disney World. The house is completely furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a private south facing heated pool and a large backyard that is enclosed by a privacy fence. The house also has a formal living room, formal dining room, family room, and a clothes washer and dryer. Each bedroom and the family room has a remote controlled color TV. The quite and well maintained Briargrove Community is zoned for short term rental and has a mixture of permanent residents and investors.
FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET SERVICE AND UNLIMITED DOMESTIC LONG DISTANCE CALLS ARE INCLUDED WITH NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
LOCATION:
The house is in the Briargrove Community, which is located 30 miles southwest of the Orlando International Airport. The house is located along the south side of Ronald Reagan Highway (County Road 54) and three miles east of US 27 in northern Polk County. The house is conveniently located just two miles from Interstate 4, which provides easy access to all of the theme parks and other major attractions.

Many nearby shops and restaurants
Several golf courses, including Champions Gate, Orange Lake, and The Legends are only minutes away.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
THERE IS NO SECURITY DEPOSIT.
In lieu of a security deposit your credit card will be held on file. If there are damages to the house during your stay, your credit card will be charged and you will receive an invoice. You agree to this by reserving the house. You are responsible for any and all damages that occur to the property or its contents by you or any other member of your group, individually or collectively, while you are the registered occupant of the property.
Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to the OWNER, Michael Kreinhop, immediately. If no answer please leave a message. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. All general maintenance should also be reported on a survey that will be e-mailed to you after your check out, so the house can be kept in good repair.
RENTAL CONDITIONS & COST:
The rental payment must be received thirty (30) days or more prior to the scheduled check in date. The house is rented on a Saturday to Saturday basis only for $589.00/week plus 12% Florida tax. For stays less than one week there is no refund of the rental fee. For stays greater than one week, please contact the owner by e-mail at: mkreinhop@comcast.net or telephone the owner at: 800-707-6991. Pool heat is an additional $90 per week. For stays greater than one week the pool heat is an additional $15 per day.
PAYMENT METHODS:
Payment methods include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal, cashier's check, and money order.
CANCELLATION:
Full refund if cancellation is more than thirty (30) days prior to check in date. No refund if cancellation is thirty (30) days or less prior to check in date.
