Lovely two story, two bedroom, one and one-half bath condominium located off Cherry Creek Drive South, close to downtown and near hospitals.

Fully equipped kitchen and one time linen set-up included. Second bedroom is set-up as an office and has a futon for extra sleeping quarters. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. All utilities paid including water, sewer, gas, electricity, cable, internet and garbage pick-up. Weekly housekeeping can be arranged for an extra fee.

Located in a quiet complex near the Cherry Creek Bike Path, parks, shopping and within walking distance to bus stops. Denver has a great Regional Transportation System if you want to take the bus.

The condo overlooks the seasonal swimming pool and club house where you can exercise in the fully equipped facility with sauna and showers. Do all your laundry at once in the club house while you work-out or take a sauna. There are several drop-off laundry mats if you prefer to let someone else do your laundry.

You can reserve the clubhouse quarters to host a meeting or other function for a charge. It has a complete kitchen and comfortable living area, etc.
