Gull Cove House is a bright, cheerful, and spacious waterfront vacation rental property in the scenic New England seaside town of Rockport on Cape Ann in Massachusetts. Sleeping 10 guests, the house has five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and lovely ocean views. Though the setting is peaceful, the location is convenient. It is an 8 minute walk to Back Beach; an 18 minute walk to the quaint town center; a quick drive to several other beaches; a three minute walk to wooded trails leading to pristine quarries; and 3/4 mile to Rockport train station with regular one hour service to Boston.
The house has loads of amenities for comfort and entertainment: chiminea and grills; fireplace; fans and two ACs; patio furniture on the property's two levels; stereo; piano; paneled library with books, music, games, and movies; telescopes; wireless DSL; and satellite TV. With a large living area, screened sunroom, dining area, breakfast bar, and well equipped kitchen, guests can mingle, have an quiet talk, and dine formally or casually, all while enjoying the view from the rows of ocean-facing windows. The owner lives in a separate attached apartment.
