Beautiful Cancun condo! The beach is gorgeous- pure white sand, and turquoise blue, warm water! We now have free internet WIFI! It’s a great place, in a perfect location! The ocean water is turquoise blue! This beautiful Cancun condo is in an oceanfront complex, with a beautiful Caribbean ocean view. It’s in the middle of the hotel zone. It's across the street from the largest mall in Cancun (Kulkulcan Plaza). You are walking distance to good restaurants and shopping, and close to the Cancun nightlife and entertainment. The condo has a large bedroom, with 2 queen beds, and two full size futon couches in the living room. It has a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, new microwave, refrigerator, stove, and oven. The unit is fully furnished. It is a spacious and nicely furnished condo, on two floors. There is a lovely balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! Sleep upstairs to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves! There are beautiful marble floors throughout the condo. The condo is furnished with a telephone, 2 TVs with cable, 2 DVD/VCR?s, A/C, fans, laundered towels and sheets, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Villas Marlin condo complex has lifeguards, security guards, a convenience store, tour office, condo management office (with internet and phone access for a fee), laundry services, tennis courts, children’s pool, tennis courts, and private parking for guests.
Villas Marlin is a private ownership condo complex. It's a perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! The condo is located in between the Sheraton and the Ritz Carlton hotels. It has easy access to the bus lines that run up and down the main strip. It's in the middle of the hotel zone, close to what's happening! It's a fantastic vacation spot! Fast food restaurants and fine dining are close by. You will be staying near many activities. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan ruins, jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun!
The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can also visit Mayan jungle tours, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs or Xel Ha. Visit Tulum or Chichen Itza (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy
and enjoy the sun! The sunrise and sunset are magnificent. Take a boat trip to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres, and snorkel
or shop! Nearby Amenities: Groceries, Craft Shops, Beaches, Swimming, Sailing, Parasailing, Gym, Scuba, Caves. Cinemas with English speaking films (walking distance away). Close by are: Medical Services, Duty Free Shops, Babysitting, Marina, Surfing, Biking, Snorkeling, Water Skiing, Water Tubing, Golfing, Hiking, Horseback Riding, Ocean, Churches, Hospital, Wal-Mart. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Management office on site w/Security and lifeguards, Tour office, Laundromat, Tennis. Nearby are: R eefs, Boating, Wind surfing, Jet skiing, Fitness centers, Eco- tourism, Live theater, ATM/bank, Amusement parks, Sight seeing, Money exchange,
Drug stores. Internet and long distance phone available in office for a fee. 15 min. drive to airport, with transfers available, and 15 min. to downtown. Bowling is walking distance away.
There is a $200 refundable security deposit required to hold the reservation. This is refundable after your stay, if the condo is left in good order. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to rental date. You can book your reservation online- check website for details. 3 day stay is required, or there is a $30 checkout fee. We generally handle map, information sheet, and instructions for the keys via email. We can have a local key pickup. We accept Paypal, checks or money orders. We have 2 other vacation rentals that we have managed for many years, and can provide references. We also work with the Villas Marlin rental agency, and you can check for references on us there.
