It has been refurnished recently for a higher standard and for a better stay. With central heating. Nice and high standard entrance with doorman. Suitable from 4 till 9 persons. This 120 mt2 apartment is away from the noise and it is very calm, although it is in downtown. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is one double bedroom with 1 bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each one, and a sofa-bed in the lounge can accommodate 2 more guests, there is also 1 more bed.
The apartment is situated in the centre of Madrid, near of Plaza Tirso de Molina, in a 5 minutes walk distance you will be in all the major historic sites and important museums. This is a lively area with typically Madrid buildings. The area is full of restaurants and bars. There are supermarkets and fruit markets ‘Mercado de la Cebada’ close by. Right next to the 'triangle of art' of Madrid, the Atocha train station and very well communicated with the 'Puerta del Sol' (city centre).
The apartment is next to the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Palacio Real, also the famous Sunday flea market 'El Rastro'. The most important Madrid?s restaurants like 'Botin and Casa Lucio' are only in a 5 minutes walk.
