Located 50 minutes south of the Cancun airport between Playa del Carmen and Akumal, you will be in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, tennis, scuba diving, sailing, swim with dolphins, parasailing, deep sea fishing and more. Safe, shallow bay with great snorkeling is ideal for the kid in all of us.
The condo was brand new in the spring of 2006. A fully equipped kitchen for those who want to eat in, or let us organize a chef to prepare a special meal for you. Dine indoors or on the oceanfront terrace. All linens and towels provided, plus washer & dryer. Maid service provided mid week or can be arranged daily. In addition to the many attractions and services located in the resort-residential community of Puerto Aventuras, you are less than a half hour from Mayan Ruins, Water amusement parks, ATV adventures,
Horseback riding on the beach, Jungle tours & canopy zip line adventures and incredible fresh water sink holes (cenotes) for swimming, snorkeling and diving.
Puerto Aventuras has numerous restaurants and bars providing dining and entertainment options within walking distance of the condo. By 10:00 PM things are pretty quiet though so for those seeking late
night activities near by Playa del Carmen will keep you hopping until the wee hours of the morning.
